Historic resource estimates presented herein predate and are unclassified and not compliant with NI 43-101 guidelines. They were completed in 1975 and quoted “The orebody consists of a series of pods which would be mined by open pit methods. Reserves of 3,500,000 tons of ore grading 32% CaF2 are estimated” and in 1981 Conwest Exploration Company Limited Annual report, December 31, 1981 quoted “Exploration during the early 1970’s established geological reserves of about 2.6 million tons of fluorspar mineralization averaging 30% fluorite in several deposits”. The Company’s QP has not yet undertaken sufficient work to classify the historic estimates as current resources and the Company is not treating the historic estimates as a current resource. There is no information as to the methods they used, key assumptions, parameters and category of the estimates. They are considered relevant as a guide to future exploration and are included for reference purposes only. Further drilling will be required by the Company to verify historic resource estimates as current mineral resources.
Information about the historic resource estimates can be found at Federal Minfile 094M9 FSP 1
